The brim is generous enough that I don’t worry about her neck burning during afternoon walks, and the cotton feels airy even when it’s humid out. It’s held up through a few washes without losing its shape, which is more than I can say for other hats we’ve tried.

The embroidery is so delicate and pretty in person, and I love that the organic cotton feels soft against my daughter's skin. She wore it all afternoon at the park without fussing, and the large brim gave her face solid shade. Definitely worth it for warm days.

The wide brim actually stays put even when my daughter tilts her head back, which is rare for sun hats. The embroidered fabric is airy enough that she hasn’t complained about being hot once during our afternoon walks.
